It combines mold-release and slip properties with an immediate antistatic effect. This makes it suitable for improving productivity and part quality, even with complex geometries.
Easier Demolding, More Efficient Production
GODIBATCH EXM 4100-24 reduces adhesion to the mold, making parts easier to release. Its excellent internal and external slip properties support processing. Fewer stoppages and less scrap can help increase productivity.
The masterbatch provides an immediate antistatic effect and can improve surface quality, giving parts an improved appearance without haze. At higher concentrations, it also offers anti-fog properties. It can help improve dimensional stability as well.
Versatile Applications
GODIBATCH EXM 4100-24 is used as a mold-release and slip agent in injection molding and extrusion. It is also suitable for parts with undercuts, multi-cavity tools, and transparent applications.
Compatible materials include PE, PP, PS, PS-HI, TPE, POM, PA, and ABS, among many others. The masterbatch is supplied in 25 kg bags on pallets.
The raw materials used comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 for food contact.*
