GODIFLEX: Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) for Flexible Applications
With GODIFLEX, Godiplast offers a high-performance material range in the field of thermoplastic elastomers (TPS / TPE-S) based on SBS and SEBS. These compounds combine the elastic properties of rubber with the advantages of thermoplastics – including efficient processing and a wide range of applications.
Material Solutions for Industrial and Technical Uses
GODIFLEX compounds are suitable for numerous applications where flexibility, resilience and reliable performance are required. The hardness range of approx. 30 Shore A to 50 Shore D enables the selection of the right material – from soft sealing and grip components to more robust technical parts.
Depending on the application, processing is possible via injection moulding or extrusion, supporting cost-efficient and stable series production.
SBS or SEBS – Depending on the Requirement
The GODIFLEX range includes both SBS- and SEBS-based TPE-S types:
- SBS-based compounds stand out for high flexibility, soft-touch feel and attractive formulation freedom.
- SEBS-based compounds provide additional benefits in terms of ageing and heat resistance, as well as improved resistance to UV, ozone and chemicals – particularly suitable for durable technical applications and outdoor use.
