Technology and Formulation

• Carrier: Polypropylene (PP), compatible with TPE-O

• Active agents: synergy of erucamide and a special silicon dioxide derivative

• Form: strand-cut granules

This unique formulation prevents parts from sticking to the mold while simultaneously forming an ultra-fine lubricating film on the surface – ensuring optimal operation and long-lasting anti-blocking performance.

Recommended Dosages

• Film extrusion:

  • 0.5% → 500 ppm

  • 1.0% → 1000 ppm

  • 1.5% → 1500 ppm

• Profiles / sheets: 0.5 – 2.0 %

• Injection molding: 0.5 – 2.0 %

Note: The surface lubricating film may influence printing, adhesion, or welding. Preliminary testing is recommended.

Regulatory Compliance

The raw materials are listed in Regulation (EU) 10/2011 and can be used without restriction in applications involving food contact.
However, verification of overall migration on the final product remains necessary.
