Compounds PA

PA6, PA66

Polyamide (PA) is one of the most important engineering thermoplastics, offering an excellent balance of high mechanical strength, stiffness, and toughness. PA compounds are characterized by outstanding tensile and abrasion resistance, good impact strength, and excellent resistance to many chemicals, oils, and fuels.

Thanks to their high heat resistance and dimensional stability, PA6 and PA66 compounds are ideally suited for demanding technical applications where components are exposed to continuous mechanical, thermal, and tribological stress. Typical applications include gears, bearings, housings, seals, fasteners, and structural components in mechanical engineering, electrical applications, and the automotive industry.

Through targeted modifications, material properties can be precisely tailored to specific application requirements. Our portfolio includes:

  • Glass fiber- or mineral-reinforced grades for increased stiffness and strength
  • Flame-retardant grades for electrical and electronic applications
  • Impact-modified versions for enhanced durability
  • Customized compounds with application-specific additives and color formulations

With our PA6 and PA66 compounds, we provide high-performance solutions for demanding technical components – precisely engineered to meet your requirements.

Homopolymer, Copolymer

High chemical resistance, low permeability, and dynamic load capacity are some of the properties of polypropylene. These compounds also exhibit high stiffness and good thermal deformation resistance.

These compounds are frequently used in the automotive, construction, electrical, and consumer goods industries.

According to our customers’ requirements, our polypropylene compounds Copo/Homo can be modified, reinforced, and colored.

PVC-P, PVC-U

The very wide range of properties and its large adjustable hardness range make PVC a material that is often used. Our standard delivery program includes both soft PVC-P and hard PVC-U grades.

Soft PVC compounds were first developed by us in 1970 for the shoe industry. Today, we can offer a variety of products for various applications and standards, which can be customized to meet our customers’ material requirements.

A special feature is the NBR-modified PVC compounds. These exhibit very good low-temperature behavior, higher cold flexibility, and improved oil and gasoline resistance.

PVC construction industry

PVC is indispensable in the construction industry. If weather resistance is the top priority for our customers, we can offer grades with even higher resistance than the RAL or CSTB certified products we also supply.

reinforced, unreinforced

This high-performance thermoplastic combines mechanical strength with excellent electrical insulation properties. Its excellent resistance to chemicals, weather, and temperature can also be a decisive factor in choosing this material.

PBT is often used in electronics, as well as in the automotive and household appliance industries, due to its high dimensional stability and low moisture absorption.

Our range includes custom-modified, reinforced, flame-retardant, and colored types.

long glass fiber reinforced

With a combination of high chemical resistance, low permeability, and impressive dynamic load capacity, PP LGF meets the highest requirements. This material is particularly characterized by its remarkable stiffness and excellent thermal deformation resistance.

Versatilely used in the automotive, construction, electrical, and consumer goods industries, this material offers improved strength and durability.

Our customizable PP LGF compounds are modified, reinforced, and colored according to precise requirements, enabling innovative applications in various industries.

long glass fiber reinforced

PA LGF maintains its mechanical properties even at elevated temperatures. Compared to PP LGF, it offers higher mechanical strength and greater chemical resistance to aggressive substances.

Ideal for demanding applications in the automotive, construction, electrical, and consumer goods industries, PA LGF offers not only improved strength and durability but also outstanding resistance to extreme conditions.

Our customized PA LGF compounds enable innovative solutions that meet the specific requirements of various industries.
