Through various methods of stock management, we ensure that our customers are always supplied with sufficient materials in a timely manner. In addition to standard products, custom-made products are also pre-produced and kept in stock. Depending on the customer's needs, setting up a consignment warehouse may be the best solution. Quality Assurance Agreements
Quality assurance agreements (QSV) regulate responsibilities in the supply chain and provide transparency. They give the buyer security in their collaboration with their supplier. We have made this concern of our customers our own goal and therefore support our customers, as they wish, in actively designing such an agreement.
Compliance Checks
Given the increasingly complex formulations, the growing knowledge of the impact of materials on people and the environment, and the globalization of markets, it has become increasingly important to be able to ensure quickly that the products delivered comply with the latest standards.
Product Safety - Test Laboratory
To ensure that the delivered materials meet quality requirements, we carry out sample checks, laboratory analyses, or visual inspections based on materials-specific inspection plans. The results are regularly communicated to our customers through our individual factory test certificates.
Material Design and Selection
Our customers always receive products that are perfectly suited to their needs. This requirement for customer satisfaction is supported by our specialized laboratory equipment, which allows us to determine the essential material properties needed to simulate a processing process.
Regular comparisons with other laboratories and statistical analyses of measurement uncertainty give us accurate knowledge of the accuracy of our measurements.
The quality of our results and our organization is confirmed by the accreditation of our laboratory according to ISO 17025.
As a member of the DIN technical committee "NA 054-01-03 AA Physical, Rheological, and Analytical Tests", we actively participate in the development of most of the standards (DIN and ISO) required in our field.
