Three technical compounds in focus
🔹 SLOVAMID 6 HI/1 TLS
PA6, impact-resistant, UV- and heat-stabilized
Ideal for injection-molded parts that must retain their toughness even at –20 °C – thanks to a special formulation with thermoplastic elastomer.
Typical applications: ski boot shells, sports helmets, external winter components.
🔹 SLOVAMID 66 GF20 GB10 HI
PA66 with 20% glass fiber + 10% glass beads
High strength combined with vibration damping – offering outstanding impact resistance in cold environments.
Typical applications: ice hockey helmet shells, sled parts, mounting frames.
🔹 SLOVAMID 6/66 C GF30 HI
PA6/66-copolyamide with 30% glass fiber reinforcement
Extremely rigid, thermally stable up to 205 °C, and impact-resistant even in sub-zero conditions.
Typical applications: snowboard bindings, gliding plates, load-bearing constructions.
