🔹 SLOVASTER® B/E GF 50 TS – PBT/PET alloy, 50% glass fiber, heat-stabilized

A high-strength engineering material that offers excellent low-temperature performance, high heat resistance (210 °C), and superior surface quality.
Its optimized flowability enables the precise production of complex, thin-walled components.

Key Benefits:

  • Tensile / flexural strength: 150 MPa / 245 MPa

  • Excellent impact resistance at –20 °C (65 kJ/m²)

  • Very good electrical properties (CTI 500 V)

  • Available in natural color and the full RAL color range

Typical Applications:
Connectors for wiring harnesses, automotive door locks, fastening elements, handles, and precision-molded components.

🔹 SLOVASTER® B1 GF 45 – PBT, 45% glass fiber

A well-balanced combination of strength, rigidity, and dimensional accuracy.
Its good flow properties ensure optimal mold filling even with complex geometries, while its low shrinkage guarantees high dimensional stability.

Key Benefits:

  • Tensile / flexural strength: 160 MPa / 220 MPa

  • Heat deflection temperature up to 205 °C

  • Impact resistance at –20 °C: 65 kJ/m²

  • Reliable electrical insulation (CTI 500 V)

  • Available in natural color and the full RAL color range

Typical Applications:
Electrical connectors, automotive locking systems, technical couplings, handles, and precision-engineered functional parts.
