At our laboratory, we combine modern measurement technology with deep material expertise. In addition to conducting tests, we also provide consulting support for material selection.

Standards and Quality Assurance

The Godiplast laboratory is accredited by DAkkS (German Accreditation Body).
We are also active members of the DIN Standards Committee for physical, rheological, and analytical testing, ensuring that the latest developments in standardization are directly integrated into our daily work.

Our Accredited Testing Services

1. Viscosity
Test method: ASTM D 3835:2016 – Measurement of polymer flow behavior at varying temperatures and shear rates, essential for processing simulation.

2. Specific Volume
Test method: ISO 17744:2004-11 – Analysis of thermo-mechanical behavior under pressure, crucial for precise component design.

3. Thermal Conductivity
Test method: DIN EN ISO 22007-1:2018 – Evaluation of how materials conduct heat, important for applications in electronics or construction.

4. Specific Heat Capacity (DSC)
Test methods: DIN EN ISO 11357 / ASTM D3418 – Provides precise information on the thermal behavior of plastics.

5. Glass Transition, Melting, and Crystallization Temperatures
Test methods: DIN EN ISO 11357 / ASTM D3418 – Critical for understanding thermal properties and processability.

6. Density Determination
Test methods: DIN EN ISO 1183-1, ASTM D 792 – Determines material density, a key parameter for product design.

7. Moisture Content
